• • To Communicate with You: Sending notifications and information about upcoming updates

• To Collect account information: This website collects account information for a future website. This includes sending information such as passwords, names, and what your position in the troop is. This information is stored on external apps as detailed in section 4 by our current Adult Leaders and Webmaster. Former adult leaders and Webmasters do not have access to your current data.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• • For Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users

• With our providers: We are forced to some degree to share voluntarily provided personal information as well as Non-Personal Information (detailed in section 2.2) with our website builder, WordPress. We backup all account information on apps owned by Alphabet Inc (See their privacy policy here). These apps include Gmail and Google Sheets.

• With Affiliates: For purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
• Within the Troop: The information you provide will be shared with the Webmaster and Adult Leaders of Troop 449
